Structures Construction in Design & Build of a Specialised Communication and Interaction Secondary
School for children with autistic spectrum conditions. The school caters for 54 pupils between the
ages of 11 and 19 years old.
Project value 6 6000 k€ (5 000 k£)
Position and responsibility :
Site Manager in charge of :
Preparation, follow-up and billing on project as well as managing the relationship with client and its
representatives.
Co-ordinate actions with the design manager, to make sure design information were released on time
and with the quality expected for procurement and works on site.
Set-up target program.
Preparation of contracts and negotiation with various sub-contractors.
In charge of identifying potential technical and financial risks and establish preventive measures to
ensure progress of project in order to meet completion deadline.
Manage site works in accordance with the contract requirements and UK regulations regarding HSE.
Generating and monitoring budget objectives for project.
Implementation of company QSE requirements. (Certification ISO 9001 versions 2000, OHSAS 18001:
1999)
Putting in place a snagging process in order to deliver a high quality project to the government.
