Dapat alam natin yung bagay na dapat natin idevelope sa company natin base sa nakasanayan natin sa ating kumpanyang ginagalaawan. Especially sa mga malalaking company, kailangan magawan or mas ma improve mo pa yung bagay na meron yung company na ginagalawan mo sa pamamagitan ng pag gamit mo ng ability na meron ka para mas ma enhance mo pa yung kakayanan mo.
As a manager we should know kung ano dapat yung una nating gagawan ng solusyon at ng pansin, we need to be wise at gamitin natin yung knowledge natin para maging maayos yung company na hawak natin. Example alam mo na may problema ka sa mga tauhan mo, dapat ayusin mo yung problema na yun para maging Maganda yung mabuild nyo na team. Hindi yung tatanggalin mo sila para lang solusyon sa problem. Kumbaga find ways how to solve that problem hindi remove totally the problem. Kasi pag ganon ibig sabihin nun dika marunong or magaling na manager.
Gumagawa sila ng desisyon pero hindi nila ito pinapaalam sa mga kasama nila sa isang company, kaya yung gusto nilang mangyari hindi matuloy tuloy. Nawawala yung direction nung purpose nila sa pagbbuild ng kumpanya. In short, too many functions and individuals lack an understanding of how they fit or why they matter. Dito naman ang isang manager dapat mag-isip or mag hanap ng solusyon para maiwasan yung mga problema at compliance ng mga customer sa mga nakasanayan ng Gawain ng mga tauhan mo. Parang mag iisip ka pa or magdadagdag ka ng iba pang Gawain sa business mo para yung problema mo ay masolusyunan, example alam mong parang nagsasawa na yung mga customer mo sa dish nyo kasi yun na lang araw-araw isip ka ng bago.
Dito naman ang isang manager dapat alam niya at kabisado nya yung mga empleyado n’ya, kung sino yung sensitive at hindi. Anong attitude yung ayaw at gusto para mas mag level up yung relationship ng isa’t isa. At mabuild ng matibay yung cooperation and trust ng bawat isa para sa isang matagumpay na business project.
