Conference primary aim is to select the best writers to compete in the legislative
district 5 presscon.
Board of judges and facilitators were chosen from secondary school teachers in
the Quirino district.
There will be five winners for each writing contest, but only two will compete in
the legislative district 5 presscon.
Training for the winners will be scheduled to ensure top awards in the next
presscon.
