4)The Pan Pacific Hotel group initially renovation in its minor one of the areas & that’s
not enough for good businesses.
5)The Hotel group presently run the competitive business with other Leading Five star
hotels but it may face soon a Crises with newly fully renovated InterContinental Hotel
( former Ruposhi Bangla Hotel)
6)The Hotel has International Brand image but in outside image sometimes look like very
ordinary /general hotel so Management should be focus on it & modify it.
