As the Planning & Quality Project Manager of Cobb & Douglas Public Health, I have had the pleasure
of knowing Farrah Spellman for the last year. She has been a tremendous Wellness Coordinator and
an asset to Kennesaw State University. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Farrah for
your work@health train-the-trainer program.
I feel confident that she will continue to succeed in her career. Farrah is a dedicated professional. At
work, she has proven to be a take-charge person who is able to successfully develop plans and
implement them. She has also been an asset to Cobb2020, a Partnership for a Healthier Community
and helped to plan and implement the Walk Cobb program.
Farrah has successfully demonstrated leadership ability by coaching members. Her advice has been a
great help to these members, many of whom have taken time to share their comments with the
Kennesaw State University leadership regarding her pleasant and encouraging attitude.
It is for these reasons that I offer this recommendation for Farrah without reservation. Her drive and
