   the open minded youth “

Need community




   Among students there are many open minded , capable
    kids. Not all the time these kids have opportunity to
    improve their leader quality and problem solving skills.
    Especially other school students in my town need to be
    active member of our community too.
GOAL
  The goal of my GYSD project is
  to help children learn leadership
  and project writing skills.
 Direct them to solve the
  community problems
Activity




   To achieve my goal I organized the leadership and project writing
    training for Naryn high schools # 5 ,9 and professional lyceum# 87
    students
    We analyzed the leaders’ activities discussed the qualities of
    leaders’ . The trainees discussed different community problems in
    our town thought about solution of these problems.
Plan and resources
Plan
    1. I asked my friend to help
     me .We make
     announcement in city
     schools and selected the 5
     participants from each
     school .I had chosen the
     good place and the time for
     training.
    2. I asked school directors
     permit ion for the
     participants of each school
     on that day .
    3. I organized a group of
     trainers and made a
     schedule of the training
            Resources
     1. We used markers and
     flipcharts, scotch papers for
     handouts . I have asked my
     teacher and father to help
     us with these resources.
Result
   After my GYSD event, 20 students
    from 4 high schools knew basic
    knowledge about leaderships and
    project writing. This will help them to
    be active member in our community .

Kids to kids

  • 1. “Kids to kids :Motivating the open minded youth “ Organized by Nurlanova Aidai April 7,2012 school # 5 # 9 Professional ycem #87
  • 2. Need community  Among students there are many open minded , capable kids. Not all the time these kids have opportunity to improve their leader quality and problem solving skills. Especially other school students in my town need to be active member of our community too.
  • 3. GOAL  The goal of my GYSD project is to help children learn leadership and project writing skills.  Direct them to solve the community problems
  • 4. Activity  To achieve my goal I organized the leadership and project writing training for Naryn high schools # 5 ,9 and professional lyceum# 87 students We analyzed the leaders’ activities discussed the qualities of leaders’ . The trainees discussed different community problems in our town thought about solution of these problems.
  • 5. Plan and resources Plan  1. I asked my friend to help me .We make announcement in city schools and selected the 5 participants from each school .I had chosen the good place and the time for training.  2. I asked school directors permit ion for the participants of each school on that day .  3. I organized a group of trainers and made a schedule of the training Resources  1. We used markers and flipcharts, scotch papers for handouts . I have asked my teacher and father to help us with these resources.
  • 6. Result  After my GYSD event, 20 students from 4 high schools knew basic knowledge about leaderships and project writing. This will help them to be active member in our community .
