1. Lead the planning and implementation of a GLC Headquarter’s Complex Project in
Subang, Selangor on a Design & Build basis. Major components are 13-storey Grade
A Office Building with GBI Silver certification, attached 5-storey carpark and double
volume Ballroom for 800pax.

2. Involved in the conceptualization, planning, design, business & financial modeling
for a New University Technology MARA, Pasir Gudang campus project under
Private Funding Initiative (PFI) scheme.

3. Refurbishment & Upgrading Health Centre, Clinics and other Facilities(Zone 1-
Central & Sothern Regions, Sabah & Sarawak) for the Ministry Of Health Malysia –
on Design & Build Contract (Phase 1)- ( Direct Negotiation award)

4. Construction & completion of Schools (34 Additional Blocks & 4 New Schools) in the
State of Johore for Ministry of Education Malaysia using Industrialised Building
