Scope of works:
1. Assist in the coordination and prepare for the project’s envisioning workshops.
The workshop activities is prepared.
Workshop objectives are set.

2. Need to study the Customs Environment by reading all Customs Acts for better understanding and
to prepare As-Is workflows and their validations before meeting with client.
3. Assisting Consultant in carry out and execute the workshop for the assigned modules.
4. Analyze the captured requirements, defines and documents customer business functions and
processes to produce the Business Requirements document.
First Deliverable: Business Requirements Specification (BRS) contain the following:
a. As-Is (i.e. current) Business Process Flow and Pre & Post Conditions (Validations),
Current Screens
b. To-Be (New) Business Process Flow and Process Pre & Post Conditions (Validations)
5. Follow up with the stakeholders and the Business User for the signing purpose of BRS documents.
6. Second Deliverable: Prepare and produce BPR Report To-Be and deliver the document as per
timeline.
Drafting, updating and closing the draft for BPR To-Be for signed off purposed.
7. Assist in preparation of User Manual / User Guide.
8. Assist in preparing and producing of test scenario document.
9. Performs Application Testing (if required) for:
User Acceptance Test (UAT)
10. Prepare and produce notes of discussion/minutes of meeting for engagement with Client.
11. Modify process flows and process boundaries in BRS according to Customs requirements if there
any changes required by client after the workshop.
12. Update and keep track the task deliver by Team for the following week in BPR Weekly Status
