"Hello (Name of Interviewee),we are from Heal ID (a potential startup),I’m (Interviewer’s Name)
and we want to do a 15 to 45-min interview to validate the problems that we want to solve.
Would you be interested?”
“If you are interested, then we would like you to fill in a short agreement form & biodata form,
don’t worry these data are for validation purposes only and will be kept confidential.”
“Alright let’s begin the interview - I will record this interview for research purposes only -alright

2. Tell a Story through the Hypothesis (Our Assumptions)
“So,over the course of our experience to access healthcare services such as retrieving
medication from pharmacy, consulting doctor offline, going to the lab to do lab tests,we have
noticed the inconvenience they have brought to the customers due to the downtime from the
healthcare provider’s side causing a long queuing line for the customers (patients).“
“Even if there is a great pharmacy in town and potentially due to the sudden pandemic hit,we
still witnessed the downtime that causes people to still wait a long time.”
“Do you experience something similar when accessing these healthcare services? Is it
frustrating and a huge waste of time to be sick and accessing these healthcare services?”
3. Exploration of More Detailed/Broader/Other Problem
Explore and keep asking more in-detailed/broader questions that might exist outside of our
hypotheses problem.
"Are there any other problems that you might feel when accessing these healthcare services
aside from queuing / waiting / downtime? We’d love to explore and learn about them
together."
*List the Problems*
4. Top 3 Problems
"Wow that’s quite abundant / plenty, what would you consider to be the top 3 problems in the

Top 3 Problems
The goal of asking the top 3 problems is to try to find out the top
priority problems that the users thought to be a frustration for them.
This defines the problems that you want to solve as a Founder when
you have synthesized lots of insight.

Final Remarks Goal
The goal of Final Remarks is to ask & explore the weaknesses of
our products through asking them an opinion of our product.
We would also ask why they want to use our product or why they
say certain opinions on our product and such.
Remember, those quality data are important for us to synthesize
as they are hard to grasp from a Founder’s perspective.
