Duties
September 2012-january2013(accounts clerk)
 Preparing weekly and monthly sales report for the branch and
region.
 Processing daily sales.
 Preparing sales and bank reconciliation.
 Preparing detailed monthly analysis on sales movement(trend
analysis) branch and region
 Posting cashbook to pastel and processing the bank
reconciliation branch and region.
 Updating receipts and payments in the cashbook branch and
region.
 Establishes and maintains consistence records systems
without supervision
 Recording mails in the register as to keep traceable records
 Create policy issues and personnel files
 Maintain and monitoring movement of files
 Assist in updating records inventories and retention
schedule
 Keeping and maintaining the diary book to ensure all
diaries, files are retrievable on the correct dates
 All receptionist duties
January 2013-august 2013 (Human Resource Labour Relationship
and admin assistant)
 Draft contract proposals and updating of employment records
 Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with workforces.
 Manage employee discipline, discharge and grievances for the
region.
 Conduct employee misconduct internal investigations
 And handle grievances at work.
 Keep abreast of labour laws and collective bargaining
(presentations).
 Participate in meetings between labour and management.
Organisational skills and competences
 All-competences knowledge of pastel versions, working
knowledge of Microsoft office (especially excel, and word) and
good knowledge of database, confident in the application of the
internet for research purposes and a proficient user of email.
General understanding of accounting packages which I have not
had practical experience with (ACCPAC, SAGA, and SARS) as
the concepts is the same.

 College tasks and assignments have stimulated my interest in
analysing data and information in search of innovative solutions.
My current occupation also entails comparison of sales
movement in the market as well as customer relation with the
internal stuff.
