My Name is Nhlanhla; I have achieved a National Higher Certificate in Accountancy at University of
South Africa (UNISA) with 240 credits NQF Level 5. My keen interest to work in the field of
Accounting, that what led me to enroll for National Higher certificate in accountancy, and is also the
reason why I am applying at your company.
I am Currently registered at University of South Africa (UNISA) for BCompt in Financial Accounting so
far I have passed 19 modules and accumulated 228 NQF out of 360 NQF and remaining with 11
modules to complete my qualification next year 2016.Long-term Career Goal is to be a Charted
Accountant.
Whilst studying I also worked as Office Administrator at University of South Africa, My time working
there broadened my knowledge of the field of Office Administration and has given me a much greater
Understanding of corporate world. All of my experiences to date have given me a strong
Work ethic and an ability to find practical solutions to problems.
I consider myself to be proactive, resourceful, highly organized and deadline oriented, with the ability
to multi-task and coordinates a number of high priority tasks at any one time. My core strengths
include, but are not limited to the following;
 An aptitude for problem solving and using my initiative.
 Superb leadership skills.
 Having a high level of commitment to projects I work on.
 Taking constructive criticism well.
 Broad Knowledge about Financial Accounting (Year-end entries and preparation financial
Statements, General ledger Accounts, Processing suppler invoices, sales invoices, cash books,
Preparation of provisional Tax calculation, Vat and Bank reconciliation)
 Extensive familiarity with Management Accounting budget and forecast, maintenance of fixed
asset register and eager to learn VIP SAGE Payroll and HR software or SAP Payroll software.
 Knowledge about Pastel Partner software
 Microsoft Excel
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
 Strong Computer skills full MS-Office
