To Whom It May Concern,
The purpose of this letter is to provide my recommendation for Dr.
Estefania Monturus in support for her application for a position in the scientific
field.
Estefania came to our lab in 2007 after she finished her B.Sc. in
Veterinary Sciences. She soon became familiar with all the molecular and cell
biology techniques we routinely use and after a while she began to work in her
Doctoral Thesis that she defended on June 2013.
Estefania is a very skillful student and hard worker. Through out all these
years I observed how she matured scientific and socially and I strongly believe
she can now run a project with a large degree of independence. She also has
superior interpersonal skills, both at the scientific and personal levels. She is
open minded, extremely kind and sensitive to the needs of others, I have no
doubts she will successfully interact in a group setting.
Also, I consider Estefania very competent and experienced to run and
organize any task in a laboratory setting. In summary, I give my highest
recommendation to Dr Estefania Monturus for a position in any scientific field.
