 Managed a $1.7 million, 5,400 flying hour program, which safely executed daily global aviation operations across 3
continents, 17 countries, and 2 combat theaters, with 0 accidents and incidents. Consequently, the resultant oversight
directly contributed to an additional 150% increase in intelligence production.
 Built a comprehensive training database designed to track organizational level training requirements to ensure
compliance with all regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other government directives. As a result of
the research and ongoing tracking of required training the organization met all regulatory requirements for worldwide
deployability.
 Served as Project Lead on the first of its kind military aviation integrated aircrew trainer that included utilizing from
multiple agencies various proprietary platforms into a single device across the Military Intelligence Aviation community
and allows pilots, non-rated aircrew members and intelligence gatherers to collectively train, communicate and
disseminate information across the entire aviation enterprise.
 Played a key role in balancing and executing the aviation mission requirements of the United States Army Europe
(USAEUR) commander, United States Army senior leaders, and Congressional Delegations by utilizing complex
problem solving skills in managing high profile customers within the complex European airspace.
