Major Accomplishments
Conducted an $11M operational test and evaluation of a one-of-a-kind ship-based radar
system. Identified shortfalls and recommended fixes. Findings presented to Congress.
Led a 24-person division conducting operational test and evaluation for six space and
missile defense programs valued at $180B.
Implemented strategy to revise and synchronize test program to mesh with system’s new
acquisition strategy, saving $468K.
Authored 40 plus reports on emerging foreign weapon systems briefed to President of the
United States, United States Ambassador to the United Nations, and State Department to
support foreign diplomatic engagements.

Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center
Led a 24-person division conducting operational testing for six space and missile defense
programs valued at $180B.
Advised senior leadership on space, cyber, and missile system interoperability and
mission capability issues relating to operational test events.
Obtained critical modeling and simulation accreditation of real world threat scenarios
used to provide realistic representation of performance. Accreditation was available
six months early and efforts saved the program $8M.
Clarified test requirements in support of $1.9M Space Based Infrared System
sensor test to ensure system interoperability and mission capability determinations
were accurate.

Led 5-person military/contractor team providing reach back support for Information
Operations to war-fighters.
Created first ever Information Operations planner training course to generate effects-
based Information Operations.

Crafted counter terrorism plan embraced by United States Pacific Command Special
Operational Forces establishing cost-effective Information Operations.
