OVERVIEW
Seasoned aircraft mechanic, problem solver, and natural leader, served 9 years in USAF. I am perusing
aeronautical/ aviation technical degree with aspirations to help lead a design team for new generation aircraft.
Focusing on the needs of future aviation requirements and help propel the aircraft industry into a new age of
technology, making flight safer, faster, and more common. I have coordinated with numerous engineers on
multipleaircraftto streamlineair framediscrepancies and help maintenance actions become more cost effective. I
also have worked with disabled aircraft in emergency situations as the recovery team lead on finding viable
solutions on re-fabrication and preventative maintenance actions on problematic aircraft systems.
CORE COMPETENCIES AND KEY SKILLS
Set up and operate ground supportand test equipment to perform functional flighttests of electrical
and electronic systems Test and troubleshoot instruments, components, and assemblies, usingcircuit
testers, oscilloscopes,or voltmeters
Interpret flighttest data to diagnosemalfunctions and systemic performance problems.Install
electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems in aircraft, usinghand tools and power
tools.
Fabricateparts and test aids as required.Read and interpret maintenance manuals, servicebulletins,
and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairingor replacing
malfunctioningor damaged components
Inspectcompleted work to certify that maintenance meets standards and thataircraftareready for
operation. Maintain repair logs, documenting all preventiveand correctiveaircraftmaintenance.
Conduct routine and special inspectionsas required by regulations.Examineand inspectaircraft
components, includinglandinggear,hydraulicsystems,and deicers to locatecracks,breaks,leaks,or
other problems.
Maintain, repair, and rebuild aircraftstructures, functional components, and parts such as wings and
fuselage, rigging, hydraulicunits, oxygen systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, gaskets, and seals.
Measure the tension of control cables and parts for wear, usingprecision instruments
