neededtraining.Notonlyforouroffice staff butforour entire crew inthe fieldsince we are a finish
contractor whose focusison large,expensive,highqualityjobs. Due toour coachingand relationship
withEric we are nowcurrentlytrainingall fieldemployees.Thisallowedustoeliminatemistakesand
costlypunchlistitems.
