hear directly from Mr. Ganguly about his journey as an entrepreneur and how he has
established his company in such a short span of 18 months.
Q. Can you please tell us in brief about your company?
Digital MarkEthics is like a dream come true for me — that dream of which I was
unaware before it happened. The future is indeed unpredictable and I can vow it from
the core of my heart. Digital MarkEthics is the reflection of my belief, knowledge, and
efforts that as a purveyor I always believe. Our company is just sprouted but in just one
and half years, it is growing steadily as we are nurturing it with creativity, new ideas,
2. experience, and dedication. Digital MarkEthics is supported by a blend of young minds
and experts that we have selected from different parts of our country. We follow an
ownership-driven approach while serving domestic and international clientele with
success.
Q. Tell us about the key person? What are his/her role and responsibility in the
company?
Well, as this is a small company; rather a family where each one has a vision and
objective to achieve. Everyone plays an important role and therefore it wouldn’t be
wrong to say that everyone is a “Key Person”. Well, roles are different for sure, I myself
try to bind everyone together. My daily interaction with the team starts by conducting the
morning call. Apart from that, I have to take care of the business development,
operations, accounting, and HR activities. As you can see, I am not only the Chief
Executive Officer but also the Chief Entertainment Officer as well.
Q. Who are your clients?
My clients or better I can say my growth partners are fellow companies from different
domains whom we support in digital marketing and branding operations. In this one and
half years; we have completed 45+ projects of web design, development, content
marketing, ad campaign, branding, social media, and digital consulting. We have
partners from different industries like IT services, education, EdTech, facility
management, drone, finance, blockchain, healthcare, travel, software quality assurance,
software development, food and restaurants, and many more.
Q. How are you different from people working in a similar domain?
3. I personally believe you have to mark your niche to sustain this highly competitive
market. I always work with complete dedication, commitment with an ethical approach. I
never misguide our partners with false hopes. Digital MarkEthics is the epitome of
honest as well as dedicated service in digital marketing. And this honesty which I
consider a rare attribute in the present time is our signature style. We work in an
ownership-based concept where every member has to nurture every project as their
own. When they are connected with the projects; the outcome is always better; I must
say.
Q. How and why it is important to map your digital customer experience journey?
As a founder of a digital marketing company, I believe that mapping the digital customer
experience journey is critical for businesses looking to optimize their online presence.
By mapping the journey, businesses can gain a better understanding of their customers’
needs, preferences, and behaviors, and tailor their digital marketing strategies
accordingly.The digital customer experience journey involves mapping out each
touchpoint a customer has with a business online, from the initial awareness stage
through to the post-purchase stage. This includes everything from website visits, social
media interactions, email campaigns, and more.With a data driven approach mapping
the journey becomes easier, it can help businesses identify pain points, areas for
improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience. This information
can then be used to develop targeted and personalized digital marketing campaigns
that speak directly to customers’ needs and preferences.
Q. What is the goal of your company, and how are you planning to achieve it?
The goal of our company is to help businesses maximize their online presence and
achieve their digital marketing objectives by transforming them into vibrant brands. We
plan to achieve this by offering customized digital marketing solutions that leverage the
4. latest technologies and strategies to reach and engage target audiences. Our team of
experts works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored
plans that drive results. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service,

Q. What were the challenges faced by the company during the pandemic? And
how did you overcome them?
Digital MarkEthics was started during the Pandemic period, so we can say that the
challenge of the Pandemic is the instigator of our initiative. So we can say that the
Pandemic was not a challenge for us as it reminded me to work harder until you get
success. From the initial days, our company supported remote working culture. We
always maintain transparency and integrate routine into our work structure. It helps us
to meet the deadline in a more organized manner. We are proud that we were
recognized as Amazing Workplaces under the Work From Home category.
Q. How are new immersive technologies making a positive impact on
enterprises? And what new technologies are you using in your organization?
The technological demography is changing rapidly and new things are taking place in a
frequent manner. As a part of this vast industry, you have to make sure to adapt all the
emerging methodologies to make a difference. For example, artificial intelligence is
making a buzz all around these days. We are also using it to speed up our research
process. We use different technologies as tools that will help our team to execute things
in a better and faster manner. Apart from that, we use different analytic tools to
understand the impact of our activities. We also use a few automated and scheduled
tools to gain maximum impact on minimum time.
Q. What are you looking forward to accomplishing most in 2023?
5. This year is a crucial year both for me and my company. We are expecting a
transformation in terms of growth and success. We are hoping to strengthen our
360-degree branding services and uplift our service to the next level.
Q. What are the new trends you see in the industry today?
I see several emerging trends in the industry, including the increased use of artificial
intelligence and machine learning, the growth of voice search and smart speakers, and
the rising popularity of video marketing. Additionally, there is a growing emphasis on
personalized marketing and the use of data analytics to gain deeper insights into
consumer behavior. We are excited to leverage these trends to help our clients achieve
their digital marketing goals and stay ahead of the competition.
Q. What challenges do you have to overcome to get here today?

than 12+ years and diving headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship is no easy feat.
Especially, in a global pandemic and the task seems nearly insurmountable. Yet, I
refused to be deterred. I faced down the challenges that stood in my way with
determination and resilience. The first hurdle was leaving the comfort zone of a stable
job. It took great courage to take that leap of faith and trust in my own abilities. But I
knew that the reward of creating something truly my own was worth the risk. The
second obstacle was the naysayers. People warned me of the risks, the potential for
failure, and the difficult road ahead. But I refused to let their negativity bring me down.
Instead, I used their doubts as fuel to drive me forward and then there was the
pandemic. Forming a team and finding new clients while working remotely presented a
unique set of challenges. In the end, I discovered that success is not about avoiding
obstacles, but about having the courage to overcome them. With every challenge that I
6. conquered, my confidence grew. And with that confidence came the ability to create a
startup that I am truly proud of.
Q. What does success look like to you?
As the CEO of Digital MarkEthics, success to me is achieving our client’s digital
marketing goals while maintaining our commitment to ethical practices and
transparency. It means delivering measurable results that have a positive impact on our
client’s business performance, while also prioritizing honesty, integrity, and
accountability in everything we do. We believe that by maintaining a strong focus on
ethical practices, we can build long-lasting relationships with our clients and contribute

company?
As a frontrunner in Digital MarkEthics, I make important decisions related to strategic
planning, new business opportunities, resource allocation, and team management. I
prioritize the needs of our clients and ensure that our team has the necessary resources
and support to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, I place a strong emphasis on
maintaining ethical standards and fostering a positive company culture that encourages

We have an ownership-based working approach where we encourage everyone to take

We have adopted several new strategies to stay ahead of the competition and deliver
exceptional results for our clients. We have focused on utilizing the latest technology

marketing campaigns. Additionally, we have implemented a more collaborative and
agile approach to project management to increase efficiency and ensure the timely
delivery of projects. We are also prioritizing ethical practices and transparency to build
trust with our clients and maintain a positive reputation in the industry. We have also
started UDiGiMe, a digital marketing training institute with an internship program very
recently.
Q. What are some of your future endeavors?
Our future endeavors include expanding our service offerings to meet the evolving
