2. INTRODUCTION
The National Independent Broadband Quality Reporting conducted by Enextgen Wireless
addresses an inherent solution to what has become a myriad and growing source of
incessant complaints from the consumers.
Abuja is the capital city of Nigeria located in the center of the country within the federal
capital city.
• The quality of service presents a considerable challenge to delivering Optimal internet
connection. Ensuring that networks perform optimally is important for the growth of
mobile broadband service in the country.
• This report is based on consumer experience in the LTE networks in Abuja during
daytime hours. Data was collected in the same area on November 6th,7th and 9th 2017.
• This latest drive test was conducted on 14th ,15th and 16th of November 2018 between
the hours of 9am- 8pm daily.
