2. Experience:-
- Currently employed by SABIC as an Electrical QA/QC Inspector, from 25/10/2012 till date.
- I get trained for one year in KEMYA, SEP, expansion project as a Electrical Inspector
(Presently I am working in KEMYA SEP as a full time Electrical Inspector).

Work experience as QC engineer:
Responsible for the over-all implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
related to electrical works to accordance with SABIC Engineering Standards.
- Responsible for the preparation of Quality Assurance and Quality control Plan As per Field
Quality Control Plan and Issued construction drawings and Specification.
- Verify the equipment and devices used in the project meets the required Specifications per
SABIC Standard and have been tested in accordance with The Standard procedures.
- Perform and supervise the testing of all electrical devices grounding systems, Cable
Insulation test and make sure it is acceptable to the proponent. And all walk downs like
RFC, PSSR, and RFSU.
- Testing of motors (LV, MV), Solo Run test, Vibration test, Rotation test.
- Testing of generator (1250KVA), Vibration test, Function test, Load test.
- Monitoring control panel wiring, Termination, cable routing & cable tray Installation.
- Testing of circuit Breaker, SSOLR.
- Review construction drawings for compliance of project requirements & Specifications and
monitor contractor’s compliance on site with the project approved construction drawing &
specifications.
- Installation of complete Substation Equipment, HV/LV Transformers, LV Switchgears, and
Motor control Centers, LV Panel Boards, and UPS & Battery system. LV Motors. Cable
Ladder/Trays, PVC, EMT, RGS, PVC Coated RGS Conducting, MV/LV Cabling &
Termination, Plant Grounding, Duct Bank, Lighting, Plant Area Lighting, Task Lighting.
Switch Racks, Fire Alarm System.
- Conduct instrument installation inspection as per ITP.
- Do the cable tray installation inspection as per NEMA VE1 and NEMA VE2.
- Prepare and submit all documents for final acceptance prior to commissioning.
