Professional Experiences
Working as Electrical Engineer in Saudi Bin-Laden Group (main Contractor) in King Saud University for
Health Science Project. (From June 2009 to till).
The Site Area for King Saud University for health science is approximately 1.600.000 SM. Dar Al-
Hadassah is the project consultant and Perkins and Will is the design consultant.
Responsibilities Assigned:
Regarding Site Responsibilities:
QC Site senior engineer of the electrical works, low current works and mechanical works in the following
buildings:
1- Bio-Bank building.
2- Four college’s buildings and main mosque.
3- Utility buildings such as Data Center, Chiller and generator buildings.
4- King Abdullah Children Hospital.
5- Research Lab center building.
6- Clinical skills buildings.
7- Medium voltage distributer’s buildings and external substations.
Coordination of all the electro-mechanical works among all subcontractors and site consultant.
Responsible to follow the work progress of 120 elevators on site as the following points:
1. Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical and low current departments to verify the elevators
requirements according to Mitsubishi shop drawings and ensure that with Mitsubishi teem before the
materials arrive at site.
2. Coordinate between Mitsubishi Company and consultant different types of elevators (panoramic,
passenger and service) in the various sites of the project, monitor and follow-up on the installation
progress.
3. Follow up and update the testing and commissioning of elevators and escalators with consultant and
Mitsubishi Company. Specially, concentrating on life safety issues.
4. Ensure timely handover of lifts to (DAR-ALHANDASAH) consultant and maintenance department.
5. Attend weekly meetings periodically with project manager and explain status progress of elevators
clearly.
Coordination with client (National Guard) and SCECO for energizing electricity to project and buildings.
Work necessary reports per week for each meeting for a briefing on the status of the site.
Selecting the suitable solution for any problem faced on site and approves it from the consultant.
Hire the technicians and calling subcontractors once needed.
Follow up testing and commissioning of electrical/Low current/mechanical systems in each building with
suppliers and consultant.
Regarding Technical Office Responsibilities :
Review tender drawings and compare it with design development drawings.
Compare the last update drawings with its older to determine the difference between them.
Quantity surveyor for some electrical /low current and mechanical materials.

Coordination electrical / low current and mechanical services with special medical equipment in medical
rooms or medical plant rooms such as (operation rooms, MRI, labs ….etc.) and do its request meetings.
Review, follow up and take action to rectify site consultant's comments and instructions.
Reporting designer about technical problems which are appeared on the drawings or which are faced on site for
different reasons.
Review variation orders, which subcontractors submit.
