1. Call Sheet – Camping by the Wood
Location – Bradfield
Location details – Field/ wooded area in Bradfield, open area.
Date – 19th December 2015
Weather – Cold, cloudy and potentially wet
Crew details – Cast and crew mix, 5 crew members (Elliott Wigmore, Josh Beale, Bryn Fray,
Mary Tingle, Natasha Trott and Eleanor Richmond Knight) Cast (Sophie Bishop, Megan
Wasley, Dom Finn, Alex Butler, Amelia Hodgetts and Ursula Toon)
Health and Safety notes – Potential trip hazards in park and wood and grass may be slippery
when wet, also risk of fall, trip or cut in wooded area.
Schedule – roughly 7 to 8pm arrival time and set up begins as soon as people arrive, roughly
an hour after set up filming begins and those involved take on their positions and roles.
Transport and or travel schedules – Drop offs at 7pm and buses vary depending on time of
day and location of leaving point, roughly one bus every 30 minutes.
Equipment – Camping gear e.g. tents, chairs and sleeping bags, outdoor clothing and
sensible shoe options. Fake blood for horror scenes and cameras and filming equipment.
Facilities – Outdoor facilities e.g. tents in field however home close by for toilet and
emergency access.
Expenses – Food and drink plus additional travel if necessary.
Weather forecast – Cloudy and possible light showers.
