 Key Accomplishments:
 Managed a team of 3 other developers to create internal integration testing tools.
This included designing the solution, SCRUM Master, and timeline management.
Rollout and use to drive down cost of on boarding new customers was delivered
in less than five months.
 Ran the workflow auditing and assignment process. This involved sizing all
incoming requests, vetting all incoming defects, working the complex requests
that required a senior engineer, and assigning out the other work to Jr. Engineers.
Was also the main point of contact for all other groups around this effort.
 Through workflow management effort was able to provide proper metrics around
team size and growth strategies. Was able to show, empirically, that current teams
levels would not meet demand.
 Member of small committee used to decide the technological direction of our
department. Responsible for making sure everyone had the opportunity to
contribute to this effort.
 Responsible for the majority of incoming large project sizing requests.
 Cleared the most work requests per year, in four of the years I’ve been employed.
 Corrected metric compilation around billing, leading to a 10% increase in
revenue collected.
 Responsibilities:
o Responsible for customer driven job requests, including automation of ticketing
processes for major airlines, reservation quality control, cancellation of non
compliant bookings, and identification of duplicate or fictitious bookings .
o Training of new hires in best practices and system programming.
o Worked in an on-call environment to remedy any situations that required a
programmer in non-business hours.
o Responsible for own work flow and meeting deadlines, made enhancements to
existing processes whenever possible.
o Learned APL, a symbolic programming language that has a very unique syntax.

 Key Accomplishments:
 Through proper floor plan and restaurant organization initiative that I developed,
was able to increase guest numbers by 10% over a 6 month time frame.
 Using staff motivation techniques and pair service, by focusing on the quality of
guest experience, was able to increase return guest numbers by over 25%.
 By using the whole hotel property as opposed to just the restaurant proper, was
able to increase holiday revenue by nearly 35%.
 Investigated and trained other management on the property in proper use of the
point of sale system for inventory tracking and revenue management. Overall
property inventory cost fell by 12%. Removing the need for manual inventory
efforts, overtime employee payments fell 15%.
 Through vetting and audition process, booked bands that increased outdoor patio
revenue by 8%.
 Responsibilities:
o Managed a staff of 30 with final responsibility for whole restaurant.
o Responsible for employee cost, and dining area inventory.
o Oversaw, planned, and executed meal service for up to 300 guests per night.
o Resolved guest conflicts as well as employee conflicts, including hiring, firing,
and disciplinary action as required.
o Responsible for guest experience; strong verbal and non-verbal communication.
o Working knowledge of wine list which included over one thousand different
wines.
