5. The Results:
• Do you enjoy Dramas?
• 55% of women said yes
• 30% of ages 16+ said yes
• 70% of ages 25+ and over said yes
Action taken: Thus I decided to have a young protagonist in order to
attract the 16+ audience. I wanted to attract more male audience, so I
decided to have a male protagonist. Also because a large percentage
came from the 25+ I decided to have two older characters in the trailer.

• Crime Drama 60%
• Social/Political 30%
• Romance Drama 10%
• Family Drama didn’t score any %
• Crime Drama score higher than all other categories. Yet,
faced with difficulty over execution I decided to go with
the second most popular genre. In order to attract
people from the first category I decided to add some
crime elements (there is a mugging scene).

over immigration further encouraged me to continue with my
project/

narration in my trailer, and instead have a memorable soundtrack to
accompany the shots.

• 55% Easy
• 45% Complex
• This really puzzled me. So, I decided to have a more clear narrative on
the trailer, but still maintain complexity in a certain level.

• Enigma 60%
• Large percentage of the answers prefer a trailer that preserves some
element of enigma. But, since this comes in contrast with the previous
