The 70 deluxe room featured walk in closet and perfectly appointed
bathroom with over looking paranoiac view of valley or of the palace
and the ground. Each room open out onto large balcony with picture

Two on the ground floor and one on the third floor facing the valley or the
maharaja’s palace. These two bays suite featured tastefully appointed

housekeeping department.

LAUNDRY
22. •Uniforms are given to all the employees.
•New uniforms are provided on the basis of
soiled for fresh on a daily basis.
•In-house tailor is also hired for mending
uniforms whenever required.
UNIFORM ROOM
23. •All the lost and found items of the hotel
are deposited with the HK department.
•Proper entry for the same is made in the
L&F register and the items are locked in
the L&F cupboard.
LOST AND FOUND
•The unclaimed non-valuables are kept in
the HK department for a span of a months.
•The unclaimed items are handed over to
the finder with proper gate pass duly
signed by the EHK.
•The L & F cupboard can be accessed only
by authorized personnel.
24. •This is the one point contact for the
Housekeeping and the entire hotel.
•All the messages given to team members
in different areas have to be routed
through the HK Desk.
•All maintenance messages are given to the
Engineering Department.
•Co-ordination with Front Office for room
blocking.
•Handling lost and found.
•Minibar postings and laundry postings.
•Making requisitions and doing store pick-
ups.

29. • The brand for vacuum cleaner they were using was TASKI .
• After the daily briefing the room attendants were given different section in
a floor and 12-15 rooms were given by the each floor supervisor.
• Clock wise work has started there for example in a room the soiled linen
was taken send to the pantry for clearance then bed making is been done,
room amenities like coffee sachets, milk powder, notepad, pencil, 3 water
bottles was placed in the room .
• Then toiletries has to be placed like soap, shampoo, bath mat, bath towels,
shower gel, shower cap, hair gel, etc.
• In the end vacuum is to be done in the room.
