Course Description Building Bridges across the Social Science Discipline is designed to explore the different disciplines under social sciences such as
economics, geography, history, law, political science, religion, and sociology. Moreover, it will examine how such disciplines could be taught
to BEEd students following the educational theories of constructivism, collaborative learning, and experiential learning using thematic-
chronological, conceptual, interdisciplinary, and multidisciplinary approaches.

Course Policies 1.Students are expected to arrive in class on time.

4.A student will be considered late if he/she enters the classroom 15 minutes after lecture/activity/reporting has started.
5.Make up quiz and/or exam will be given to students who fail to take the quiz/exam on the scheduled date provided that they present an
official excuse letter signed by the College Dean/Department Chair
6.Students are not allowed to use their mobile phones and tablets/ipads inside the classroom.
7.Switch off / into silent modes cellphones and other electronic gadgets.
8.No texting/ answering calls while inside the classroom and classes are on-going.
