•Managed two Charleston buildings with over 1400 employees and 250,000 + square feet of
occupied space.
•Maintained all building systems such as: plumbing, power electrical, building modifications,
lighting (fluorescent, LED, Metal Halide.), food service (800 meals per day.), 200 KVA of UPS
systems, a 750 KW generator, janitorial, recycling, waste removal, hazardous materials control
storage and removal, wildlife manage m e nt, building utilization, planning and coordination,
elevators, and the radio communications system.
•Supervised a staff of four including two service technicians.
•Completed a total building facade replacem ent while continuing to occupy the building.
•Completed working with and coordinating contractors for a $250,000 cafe food service upgrade
while maintaining cafe operations.
•Completed work on a $600,000 locker room upgrade. (a company fitness center is on site.)
•Worked with contractor to install a bird abatem e nt system. Roof damage was becoming evident.
The system eliminated the problem without harming the birds.
•Managed over a $1,000,000 operations budget

Self-employed April 2001 – December 2004
•Converted back porch on existing home into a sun room. Tiled and upgraded kitchen. Obtained
building permit using drawings personally prepared on AutoCAD 14. Replaced carpet in
primary living area with wood flooring. All framing, flooring, painting, electrical, siding,
drywall and tile work done by owner.
•Repaired multiple computers, TVs, projectors, and. a DVD player. Thoroughly experienced with
board level troubleshooting and repair. (currently using once discarded projectors as a home
theater.)
•Selected by both Intel and Microsoft as a Beta Tester for new Software and Hardware.
•Designed, built, and installed a water- methanol injection system allowing a high compression
automotive engine to run on low octane gasoline.
