This is my internship report at IPCOM technologies which took me for one semester.

1. Acknowledgement
First of all, I want to thank God who helped me and gave me strength through all ups and downs.
And next to that I would like to thank my family for supporting me and encouraging me being on
my side all those days.
Next, I would like to thank Addis Ababa Science and Technology University for giving us an
opportunity by creating linkage with an industry to enhance our practical and professional skill. I
would also like to show my appreciation to my advisor Mr. Berta (MSC) who has been guiding
me and me in all aspects during my internship time by commenting me on how to write the
report; and following me what I have been doing.
Finally, my gratitude goes to Mr. Abiy Temesgen, System Engineering team leader at IPCOM,
for considering me by giving me opportunity to work at IPCOM technologies trading and
teaching me different practical lessons during my stay at the company.
