8. Full-IP emergency communications (voice / video / real time text /
total conversation) from different types of devices.
Advanced call routing based on device location and additional
criteria used to select the most appropriate PSAP.
Enriched additional data can be sent with the call.
Reverse 112: alerts are sent from emergency services to citizens
using different media.
