Terrazzo & Marble flooring has been desired for the past several hundred years. Ever since its early
invention and construction by fifteenth-century marble workers, terrazzo has been bringing, not only
beauty to homes and commercial settings throughout the world, but a bounty of benefits that make
terrazzo floors stand out from the dozens of other flooring material choices available. The problem is
how to maintain these floors. Now you can w/ Xtreme help!

• Unbeaten durability. Terrazzo floors that were installed centuries ago throughout Europe, Asia and the
Middle East still provide strength in their ongoing functionality while still displaying the same
attractiveness that terrazzo floors are noted for.
• Easy Care and maintenance. Being non-porous, today's epoxy terrazzo is extremely easy to clean
and to upkeep. There exist few materials or substances that could require your terrazzo substance to be
replaced. Needing only minimal cleaning, terrazzo floor's attractiveness level requires less time and
effort than any other flooring material available.

30. Xtreme Coating – Concrete
Concrete is Versatile, strong, durable, easy to maintain AND affordable. Durability is
probably the number one reason people use concrete.
Three different types of decorative concrete:
1. Polished Concrete— Polished concrete is concrete that has been treated with
a chemical densifier and ground with progressively finer grinding tools.
Stains and dyes are often applied to enhance polished concrete as well as
other options such as scoring, creating radial lines, grids, bands, borders,
and other designs.
2. Epoxy Floor coating—is made up of two main components – resins and
hardeners. The resin and hardener is mixed together where they chemically
react to form a rigid plastic material that is strong, resistant to degradation
and that bonds extremely well to its substrate. Epoxy floors are so strong
that they can be used in even the most demanding of industrial
environments.

3. Concrete Dust Proofing - Apply Prosoco product to help prevent concrete
from dusting, and if customer desire a higher gloss then apply a guard and
burnish concrete for a higher shine!
