Patriot Transition Technologies (PTT) was founded to work with veterans and provides services including web development, Salesforce implementation, and custom applications. PTT has experience developing applications for the North Carolina Department of Veterans Affairs, including a custom Salesforce call center application. PTT uses an agile development methodology, allowing it to quickly adapt solutions to customer needs and ensure high adoption rates.

Patriot Transition Technologies (“PTT”) was birthed from working in the Veterans Affairs
arena primarily on the State level as well as working with the Federal level with the
Veterans Affairs Data Export in 2013-2015. The team has a wealth of experience in web
development, social media, CRM development as well as Salesforce implementation.
We are a Salesforce Developer team who can offer so much more than just Salesforce
custom applications and we have been recognized recently working with North Carolina
Department of Veterans Affairs (NCDVA) on their Custom Salesforce Call Center
application that they are currently using. NCDVA has the the highest adoption rate of
any organization we have ever worked with and have a similar set of needs as HCS.
PTT is skilled in agile methodology when dealing with development and implementation.
This means as opposed to other larger or older firms in the world of technology, we can
move very quickly in and out of solutions as needed in order to build not just the
application we have written on paper, but one that has a high end user adoption rate,
fits the actual culture of the organization as well as helps create the lowest cost
possibility not just in the development but in end user training and understanding. We
work hard to make adjustments as we go to end with the best product and experience,
not just the contracted application.
PTT’s team members have been recognized for:
- Helping to develop database integrations and system architecture best practices for Charles Schwab
with their PortfolioCenter software, developing on this CRM/Financial tool based on MSSQL before its
inception when it was still CenterPiece and through their open alpha and beta years.
- Our success with our partners in being the primary developer in developing the solution for their call
center as well as developing the solutions for their data migration, data integrity and scrubbing. They
service over 750,000 veterans in NC with their families. Our solution allowed them to integrate Fed
Data from the DOD DD214, data from 8 silos of other government organizations, paper to paperless
import of tens of thousands of contacts as well as high adoption of the solution due to our approach
in replacing old solutions with easy to adopt end user friendly applications.
- Our CRM experience which goes back to 2005 when we first developed integrations and setup our
first organization for a non-profit in the cloud CRM. We joined that as a developer and now are a
developer team.
- Our setting up the first “hook” for a well known financial software to integrate their cloud inboxes
with the then new, “Office 365,” which was still being developed and not yet sold as retail. This
concept is now broadly used.
- For being invited to develop since 2004 & 2005 with technologies such as Twitter, Facebook and
Google Apps since their inception. And we have developed with WordPress technology since its birth.
This has allowed us much experience with databases in disparate solutions and integrating them to
create things that we now take for granted such as “RSS feed and aggregation plugins,” and
“Facebook connectors” that allowed Facebook to integrate friends and comments as well as posts
across platforms including WordPress. Now our code is in many of these systems.

2. - And developing our own CRM cloud solutions and social networking solutions for the veterans’ space
internally for communications and soon to be externally.
- Our work with another partner developing a new non-Salesforce solution for the DOD and State
Veterans Affairs space on a patented system that already can transport data exports from the DOD’s
DD214’s through a cloud hosted HIPPA compliant system where the data could then go into the
Salesforce custom platform we developed.

accounting firms, law firms as well as working for companies such as Microsoft.
