DURBAN GREEN CORRIDOR (GREEN CORRIDORS NPC) IS SEEKING
PROPOSALS TO ESTABLISH A COFFEE SHOP / SNACK BAR AT THE
ENANDA ADVENTURE CENTRE - INANDA DAM.
The Durban Green Corridor (Green Corridors NPC) is seeking proposals for establishing a coffee shop,
snack bar or restaurant at our eNanda Adventure Centre on a fixed term agreement basis that would:
• Add value to the beautiful natural surroundings and current products,
• Attract more visitors and customers to the area and better serve those that already do frequent
the area.
• Ideally the coffee shop / Snack Bar should have a unique angle or flavour that would be an
attraction in its own right encouraging people to spend more time in the area and grow the
“family day out market”
• Be able to access new markets, especially in the conferencing / venue hire arena
• Be willing to establish a flexible operational arrangement with regards to opening hours and
services provided.
• Applying candidates must be aware of and open to future potential business development
models at eNanda Adventure Centre superseding the current arrangement. Proposals should
include details of how this will impact on applicants’ capital investment on the site. In the event
of further developments and future calls for proposals, applicants will be entitled to bid for these
opportunities.
