command of 6 Personnel and over $5 million in US/NATO Projects that enhanced the Communications for US,
Coalition Forces in Afghanistan.Entrusted to represent the commander in all CJ6 critical Project engagements.
US Fleet Cyber Command 10th Fleet ONE-NET Deputy Technical Director 2013 - 2015
Project Description: Deputy director, lead the architecture, engineering and ONE-NET Baseline certification teams
to deploy and fully messed enterprise network supporting over120,000 windows clients, servers and networking
devices.
Technical Writer at the DoD Joint Staff, J7 - Joint Information Operation Range (JIOR) 2012
Project Description: Developed the Joint Information Operation Range Standard Operating Procedures Library to be
in compliance with reaccredidation.
NATO Training Mission Afghanistan (NTM-A) Kabul, Afghanistan 2012
Project Description: As the GSG6 Senior Advisorto the Afghan National Army and was the primary mentor to
Senior Afghan Army G6 officers on Network Expansion in support of OEF.
Lead Knowledge Management representative for DCOM Army (DOM-A), was responsible for Share Point
administration, management and training for the organization.

Completed Management of Security Assistance Foreign Military Sales (FMS) course through the Defense
Institute of Security Assistance,and assisted ISAF in the establishment of the Afghanistan Enterprise
Development and Advisory (AEnDA) office in Kabul.
U.S. Navy Commander Second Fleet (C2F) Norfolk, VA 2009 – 2011
Project Description: As the C2F N6 Information Assurance Division Officer, Lead for the implementation of the
first NMCI Maritime Operations Center (MOC) for Second Fleet, this included leading the stand up the Second
Fleet non-secure and secure Internet protocolrouter communities of interest (COI) within the NMCI environment
and executed the transition of the Second Fleet Command and Control (C2) systems to the NMCI. In execution of
Commander’s guidance, these efforts directly enhanced Second Fleet’s decision Superiority through increased
Cyber Security and Improved Collaborations.
Mitscher Center Director, Led technology implementations and Interim Authority to Operate approval for
Joint and multi-national exercises in support of C2F MOC/Maritime Head Quarters (MHQ) exercises and
operations. This included the setup and management of 7 multi-national networks and collaboration tools
and systems.
Booz Allen Hamilton NGEN Security Concept of Operations 2008 -2011
Project Description: Developed the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) Security Concept of Operations,
and maintain project POA&M. NGEN Information Assurance Statement of Work development.
OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-NET). Developed Information Assurance policies.
Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Portfolio Mgt. 2006 - 2008
Project description: As NMCI Business Acceleration Manager / Solutions Architect and pipeline manager for two
NMCI accounts:NAVSUP and USFFC responsible to Account Managerfor account growth targets.
Solutions Architect, led the design, cost and deployment of enterprise solutions to support legacy systems migration
into the Navy’s NMCI.
Lead solutions architect for the systems design to support the Navy’s NSIPS, pay & personnelsystem,
COOP and development systems migration to NMCI. The design included architecture to perform Storage
Area Network (SAN) data replication between Millington and Tulsa using EMC SAN’s and deployment of
a large Sun Enterprise 25K System. The security enclaves were developed using a combination of eDMZ’s
and B3 COI’s. The development of this Architecture was instrumental in integrating the NMCI program
operations with the EDS Global ITO origination in Tulsa.
