Information System Network (DISN) connection analysis, the fiscal year 2020 storage prediction, the fiscal year
2020 memory prediction, and documenting all application resource requirements.
Capacity Manager – Lead a team of seven engineers for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) United States
Visitor and Immigration Status Indicator Technology (US-VISIT) Program. Responsibilities included M&S and
capacity management, managing the development of numerous customer deliverables that provided insight into the
DHS data center’s ability to meet established service level agreements and predict future capacity requirements.

Cell Site Technical Lead: Implemented the Base Station Subsystem (BSS) for BellSouth’s South Carolina mobile

ready by the commercial date; successfully deployed more than 170 radio sites during my first year. Specific
