What advantages would I bring to your project ?
Experience; leading projects and managing client led projects. Practical experience ''at the coal face.'' Managing the Clients
expectations and reporting from offshore.
Knowing the correct tool for the job; vessel capabilities, WROVs and ObsROV, trenching machines and towed and active
ploughs, - and crews. (All underwater machines have strengths and weaknesses; familiarity with those vulnerabilities and how they
vary with equipment type and age is a core skill. )
Understanding the abilities of vessels, ROVs and operators; modern instruments and matching client expectations with
instruments, vehicles, and vessels, is learned only through experience.
All projects also have strengths and weaknesses and the earlier sight of a project the sooner I can advise. Procedures, tooling
and the contractor 'modus operandi' are often more to the benefit of the contractor's bottom line not the Client's budget.
