Approval for several standard boats from 11 meters up to 24 meters.
▪ Hydrostatic and hydrodynamic hull calculations made on high-performance V-bottom boats, with
particular attention on the shape and size of the redans (transverse steps to the ventilate hull during
the motion, introduced in order to reduce drag and the wetted surface).
▪ Design and preliminary projects, to convert recreation/race boats into fast patrol boats for the
Financial Police, U.S. Coast Guard and Navy of several countries outside the EU.
▪ Collaboration with Sunseeker International Limited for the design of a special hi-performance hull for
a pleasure motorboat (XS2000 and XS-Sport) and for the motorization of Superhawk series with
TRIMAX Surface Drives.
▪ Model maker and carpenter assistant for wooden male models of a 38' Racer (later Sunseeker XS
series) for a 55’ boat superstructure (Gran Trimax - SONY ) and of a 42’ patrol boat superstructure.

▪ Member of the Design Team of two mega sloop sailing yachts 106’(WallyB) and 107’ (Kenora) built
entirely with pre-impregnated carbon fiber, fiberglass and Kevlar, on behalf of Wally Yachts.
▪ Project of a 74’ sailing fast cruiser sloop (Paikea): the construction was carried out by a New Zealand
hight-tech boatbuilder.
▪ Preliminary draft a "55’ fast cruising sloop" (Imagine).
▪ Collaboration with SP Technologies UK regarding any lamination detail and the structures of the
above mentioned yachts.
▪ Research on hulls, NACA profile for rudders and keels, bulbs and sailing shapes using VPP
programs (Velocity Prediction Program) also in collaboration with Wolfson Unit Southampton UK
(tank testing).
