The majority of my IT skills come from a passion for technology from a young age
(fixing, taking apart and building new computers) and working with bespoke complex
AV and entertainment systems, on board the exclusive vessels I have worked on.
Working in the superyacht industry for 6 years, I have gained skills and experience in
meticulous maintenance of yachts, 5 star+ customer service and project
management. (Focusing on achieving deadlines, maintaining a strong work ethic and
working in excellence to deliver quality workmanship).

EMPLOYMENT
CHIEF OFFICER – M/Y La Pellegrina (164 Couach) – October 2015 – May 2016.
Duties and Achievements:
- Head of the deck department (Manager), reporting directly to the Captain.
- Purchase and set up of all new computers and printers for the ship’s office,
this included installation of windows 10, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus and
setting up Outlook for 3 departments.
- Assisted with set up of AV and entertainment systems onboard Creston and
Kerio Control.
- In addition to IT support and systems management my responsibilities
involved compliance management. Recruitment, training and performance
management of 2 direct reports, contractor & vendor management and any
ad-hoc project management.

2. DECKHAND – M/Y SALUZI (226ft Austal) – APRIL 2015 – AUG 2015
Duties and Achievements:
- Working in a team of 8, my duties involved restocking and improving ship
stores, ensuring compliance related duties were completed and general boat
repairs.
- Assisted IT officer with maintaining and setting up AV and entertainment
systems.
- Extensive customer interaction during charters.
DECKHAND – M/Y ARIELA (178ft Amels) – APRIL 2013 – Nov 2014
Duties and Achievements:
- Completed and monitored monthly checks on safety & navigation
equipment.
- Deckhand and in charge of 36ft Tender, towage prep & maintenance.
- Over the winter, solely in charge of the deck, weekly reporting to Captain &
updates to job lists. Including management of contractors & ongoing projects
scheduled for the winter.
DECKHAND – M/Y AZTECA 2 (165ft Nereids) – OCT 2012 – FEB 2013
Duties and Achievements:
- Lead Deckhand and in charge of 35ft tender. (Towage Prep & Maintenance)
- Mainly yard work, which involved extensive painting with high gloss paints
& carpentry work.
- During the 1 charter, scheduled for watch keeping duties, due to meeting
the manning requirement for the vessel.

Duties and Achievements:
- Main tender driver (26ft) and supervision of the stowage prep &
maintenance thereof.

- Starting as a crewmember, promoted within 6 months to Skipper, due to
