SHORT INTRODUCTION
We aim to create an inclusive society; this manifesto is the contribution of the youth that
aims to make Pakistan inclusive and sustainable. We aim to empower women, facilitate the
health and climate change structure prevailing in Pakistan. Additionally, we also aim to
empower youth through educational reforms.
Women Empowerment
Women empowerment mainly refers to the practice of making women independent so that
they can make their own decisions as well as handle their lives without any familial or
societal restrictions. Since women have always been the oppressed ones in a patriarchal
society, the main motive of women’s empowerment is to help them stand equally with men.
Need for Women Empowerment
Pakistan is one of the countries where women are not safe. This is due to a variety of factors.
Not only that but horrific crimes against women such as rape, acid attacks, the dowry system,
honor killings, and domestic violence. As a result, we can see how women’s empowerment
is a pressing issue. We must equip these women with tools they need to stand up for
themselves and never be victims of injustice.

enjoy equal economic, social, cultural, civil and political rights and are equally empowered
to secure better lives for themselves, their families, their communities, and for their own

Women’s empowerment is fundamental to poverty eradication, building resilient societies
and economies, and promoting sustainable development. It is an essential component of
human development of women’s rights. However, there is still a long way to go. Further
efforts have to be made to fill in the gaps in women and girl education, their employment,
access to credit, property and land rights and women’s access to justice their
representation in the political, public and private spheres. Empowerment of women so that
they can realize their full potential and participate fully in development.

 To create a conducive socio-cultural, economic, political and legal environment to
allow women to practice their fundamental rights and participate fully in all spheres

strategic planning, structures, process, projects, human and financial recourse
allocation, performance monitoring, reporting and decision making at all levels.

 Rescue centers: We will establish Rescue centers and anti-harassment cells in every
sector of the country to protect women and help them in the case of emergencies.

salaries.
 We will introduce some advanced apps which will provide knowledge (women’s
constitutional rights) and emergency help in violent incidents against women.
 We will introduce the programs for development to financial support of women.
 We will establish old age schools which will teach females in every age.
 We will provide technics, financial programs and technological facilities to women
for equally participation purposes.
 Honor Killing: Honor killing will be banned in all over the country.
 Feudalistic illegal decisions for females will be banned in all over country.
 We will make sure that women will be equally participate in decision making.
 Media Role: Media will play a positive role. Domestic violence/harassment & gender
discriminatory activities will be banned from dramas, movies and advertisements.
 We will introduce news laws and implement all previous laws about women
protection and security.
 Restrictions on parental dictatorship and women trafficking/women selling through
domestic violence bill.
 Cybercrime: We will provide a facility to the department of cyber security to make
more strong system in terms to control over cybercrime against females.
Economic policies
Vision:
We envision an economy that is capable of countering and overcoming the balance of
payment crisis, that is able to control inflation, that has a focus on progressive instead of
regressive taxation and an economy which has a potential to grow and expand while
providing numerous opportunities to its peoples with ever rising standards of living.
Cuts on Regressive taxation:
Our first aim will be to cut the regressive taxation to ease the burden on the common
population.

One of the most crucial sectors of the economy; employs around 42% of the labor force of
Pakistan.
We will bring in improved and advanced technology and expertise to boost the quality and
quantity of different crops; we will improve the irrigation system; provide tax cuts where
needed.
This will not only suffice demand of the country but also help increase exports.
Stabilized relations with neighboring and regional countries for boosted trade and
Investment:
 Push for trans-regional and cross border energy and infrastructure projects for
healthy development and improved economy.
 It will provide better pricing for both imports and exports.
 It will Expand(grow) economy due to rapid economic activity.
Attract FDI and private sector investment; Provide incentives to entrepreneurs & (SMEs)

 We will ease up investment conditions.

5. Health policies
1. Ten New Medical Universities will be constructed within a tenure of 5 years.
2. Dispensaries will be constructed on the UC level.
3. Emergency wards will be formed with enough supply of oxygen.
4. Rabies vaccines and snake anti-venom will be given to every corner of the country
5. Digitalization of Ambulance service.
6. No government Doctor will be able to run his/her private clinic.
7. We will allocate a high budget for the treatment of cancer, HIV/AIDS, and diabetes
patients.
8. Awareness programs will be initiated in order to aware people how to prevent life
threatening disease like HIV/AIDS.
9. We will initiate programs to slow down the pace of population for the sack of
maternal health.
Climate change policies
Climate change
Climate change has become a global issue. Our global average temperature of earth before
the industrial revolution was 13.9 degrees Celsius. This temperature has reached at 14
degrees Celsius today. This 1.1 degrees Celsius rise in temperature have brought disastrous
impacts all over the world including Pakistan. Scientists have predicted that this
temperature may rise up to 2 degrees Celsius if we don’t stop our activities. Pakistan
contributes only 1% in the emissions of global greenhouse gases. But the impacts Pakistan
is facing are disastrous. The floods of 2010 affected 20 million people. Our infrastructure,
agriculture and livestock was heavily affected. The floods of 2022 affected 33 million people,
nearly 1500 people died this year due to floods. The highest recorded temperature in
Pakistan is 53% and we are likely to see more rise in the temperature if we don’t fight against
climate crisis.
Our policies
Producing renewable energy:
We will:
1. install solar photovoltaics in government buildings to produce electricity to limit the
burning of fossil fuels from the traditional power plants.
2. produce wind energy by installing wind turbines in the hillsides and at the coasts
where wind velocity is maximum.

6. 3. build hydroelectric power plants in dams for supporting irrigation activities,
protection from floods and producing clean energy for the consumption of our people.
Actions to take against flood:
We will:
1. build artificial lakes in different parts of the country to store the water coming from
floods and rainfalls. This water will be used for agricultural purposes, drinking after
purification, and fishery.
2. construct mini dams across the rivers to conserve the water and use it at the time of
water crisis.
3. construct embankments across those river areas where mud embankments are
created. The inhabitants residing in these locations pose a great threat from floods. We will
make room for them and shift these people to the urban cities.
Awareness programs:
We will initiate the awareness campaigns in various cities where NGO, s working for this
cause will be invited to educate the people about climate crisis. People will learn to cope up
with the climate threat at the individual level such as conserving energy at homes and
offices.
EDUCATION POLICY AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT.
Education is basic right of every human being. Education is one of the most important pillars
of the government through which it enhances technical and professional skills of people so
that they can play their due role in the development of country. As our Dean says (education
is a third eye of human.)
Education is one of basic Necessities of life. Education is important for career achievements.
The success of democracy depend on education.
Vision:
The education system of Pakistan is facing serious challenges contemporarily. The education
budget provided to Pakistan by successive governments is around 2.5%. This amount cannot
bring the changes Pakistan needs in the case of education. Currently, Pakistan is going through
the worst economic crisis and it has a great impact on the education sector. The recent 2022
flood victims migrated to the cities where they were kept in government schools and colleges
due to which 3.5 million children’s education was interrupted.
Our vision is to provide at least 7% of our GDP to the education sector.

7. LANGUAGES: English and regional languages
POLICIES
1.For kindergarten: We will design our school for children with playful learning activities
we will taught them basic education by using drawing and colorful artwork. We didn’t teach
them but we educate them with playing games such toys and drawing books should be given.
2. For Primary level:
We will open new schools in ever UC. Free books, free uniforms, free shoes, and free bags
should be given to all students. Tours should be organized for visiting historical places as
history lessons. Which they learn in their textbooks.
3.Secondary Education level:
We will increase the number of secondary schools. Recreational activities should happen
once a week.
FREE EDUCATION
We must implement Article 25 A of Pakistan that states that (the state should provide free
and compulsory education to all children of the age group 5 to 16 years in such a manner as
maybe determined by law .
OUR FUTURE POLICY
• New syllabus must be introduced every year or every third year with Reverent and
up-to-date information.
• Syllables will be fixable, standard, modernized, and scientific depending on the age of
every student in each and every class
Debating and speech competitions:
We will bring the debating and speech contests for the students multiple times each year in
order to build their self-confidence of students and prepare them for public speaking in the
future.
Career counselling:
Our students are our future. We will make it mandatory for colleges and universities to build
a career counseling department where professionals will help the students to make choices.
