Offering over 5 years of experience in Maintenance of mechanical installations in MEGA THERMAL
POWER PROJECTS in Power industry. Presently working in ADANI POWER LTD. (4620 MW Thermal
Power Station), Gujarat as an Assistant Manager and one of the key contributor in PH-3 & 4
commissioning & maintenance activities. Proficient in commissioning & maintenance of all Rotary
equipments (pumps, compressor, blowers, etc.) and also piping and its installations. Well conversant

CTP, different types of Oil Pumps, Vacuum Pump and Rotary compressors & its dryer (oil free and
other).
 Experience in maintenance of Dongfang makes hydrogen STG 660MW and its auxiliaries like
Stator water system, hydrogen system, seal oil system and H2 drier.
 Knowledge in spares material management like Material Codification, Material Purchase
Requisition and consumables handling in SAP (PM & MM Module).
 Experience in Root cause analysis of equipment damage/ break down, trip analysis and report
preparation, enhancing system performance, minimizing breakdowns and increasing equipment
availability.
 Experience in implementing good safety practices to maintain zero accidents in workplace.
 Knowledge in contactors and vendors management.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:
 Supervise mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure quality and timely completion and as
per planning.
 Adhering to the Preventive, Predictive Maintenance schedules for various machineries and
equipment to Increase Machine Uptime & Equipment Reliability.
 Looking forward for the Cost Effective Maintenance Plan for optimizing the maintenance
process by monitoring the maintenance process.
 I did Alignment and overhauling of various pumps, various valves servicing and various
modifications.
 Mobilize resources for day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities.
 Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices.
 Assist respective discipline Manager in Spares identification for procurement.
 Prepare mechanical maintenance budget.
 Analyze Mechanical Maintenance cost and budgeting.
 Prepare audit related documents for manager.
 Collate discipline data for performance monitoring and reporting.
 Contractor management (Manpower handling, work schedule/planning to completion of
job in given speculated time.)
 Participate in Reliability & Integrity studies as identified.
 Implementation of recommendations for further betterment and modification.
 Carryout preservation activities as per schedule.
 Turbines lube oil parameters recording and maintain its NAS, TAN & Moisture value under
specified limits.
 Identify & interact with Workshop for repair activities.
 Knowledge management activities for self & subordinates as applicable.
 Maintain history/ records.
 Maintain integrity of maintenance SAP-PM and SAP-MM data, analysis and costs - by
timely and correct data entries and validations.
 Facilitate and support minor projects activities.
 Supervise and mobilize resources for shut down jobs as per plan.
 Ensure that all pending jobs are promptly entered into SAP-PM system.
