Title: Projects to Operations Handover Documentation.
Location: WWIL-Rajasthan

Description: It involved around structuring a standard check list that could serve as the basis of handover of
turbine from Projects to Operations Team.
Key Deliverables: Responsible for creating first draft of the check list which was finally approved by Company
Management as a controlled document. This played a major role in improving the quality of taken over turbines all over
India.
Title: CLP HOTO of Newly Commissioned Turbines to Operation.

Description: Involved Take-Over of 28 ILFS turbines (MAY-2014 in DEVIKOT(OCT-14),8 FERSA turbines(APRIL-
2014) and 4 CLP turbines(JUNE-2014) and put them to stable operation in a phase of two months.
Key Deliverables: Initiated turbine HOTO Process in Rajasthan which vehemently contributed in improving the quality of
installed turbines with zero pending. This process is now followed in all new commissioned projects in India.

Description: The project involves giving technical solutions to critical issues which comes in turbines. This includes
certain un-recognized faults in turbines and operational stabilization of new erected turbines
Key Deliverables: Head of Rajasthan Technical Support Team, delivering solutions to pending issues in turbines, in and
around State. Have been playing an instrumental role in training new aspirants in the same department.

Description: Concurrent error analysis in the new commissioned turbines in Rajasthan. Underwent thorough
analysis on data reference and optical transmission issues.

bench improving technical efficacy. This served as a base of major retrofits in the turbine operation.
