Title: Projects to Operations Handover Documentation.

Description: It involved around structuring a standard check list that could serve as the basis of handover of
turbine from Projects to Operations Team.
Key Deliverables: Responsible for creating first draft of the check list which was finally approved by Company
Management as a controlled document. This played a major role in improving the quality of taken over turbines all over
India.

Description: Involved Take-Over of 28 ILFS turbines (MAY-2014 in DEVIKOT(OCT-14),8 FERSA turbines(APRIL-

Key Deliverables: Initiated turbine HOTO Process in Rajasthan which vehemently contributed in improving the quality of
installed turbines with zero pending. This process is now followed in all new commissioned projects in India.
