 Maintain Safety compliance records and documentation.
 Conduct Safety inspection at site level by regular periods.
 Assist in scaffolding inspection, work permit requirement, housekeeping etc.
 Conduct minutes of meeting with project management to discuss Safety Issues.
 Preparation of accident & incident report.
 To provide advice to the organization on accident prevention.

based certification in 2016.
 PG Diploma in Health, Safety & Environment from NIFS Visakhapatnam, AP in 2010-
2011.

 B.Tech (EEE) from Gokulkrishna College of Engineering (Affiliated to JNTUA) in
2006 – 2010.
 Interermediate from Board of Intermediate, AP in 2004 – 2006.
