English Test (SET) revealed a
declining trend in the English
language skills of Filipinos
(Education First, 2019).

Specifically, it sought to answer
the following:
• What is the level of performance
of the Grade 10 learners in
English before the use of offline
educational resources?
• What is the level of performance
of the Grade 10 learners in
English after the use of offline
educational resources?

8. Conclusion:
• The level of performance of the Grade
10 learners in English was low during
the pretest.
• The level of performance in English of
the Grade 10 learners during the post
test was higher in comparison to their
performance in the pretest.
• There is a significant difference in the
level of performance of the Grade 10
learners in English before and after
using offline educational resources.
• Offline educational resources could
help the Grade 10 learners enhance
their grammar competence.
