- 3. Qualitative approach with a case study method. Purposive sampling: 10 UTC Language Center Students Criteria: a) Being 20-24 years old. b) Being a UTC student c) Having A1 or A2 English level d) Providing reliable information • The steps of the bottom-up approach. • The triangulation technique. • An online unstructured interview with open-ended questions. • The participants signed an informed consent.
