2. Who Is Diego?
My name is Diego Noel Diaz, I am 24 years
old and I am from Cicero, Illinois. My
passions include playing soccer, bodybuilding
and spending time with my family and loved
ones. I am currently a personal trainer as
well as an employee for the General
Nutrition Center. My post graduate plans
include either becoming a physical therapist,
going to dental school or becoming a police
officer.

4. Last Research Paper I Wrote
• The last research paper I wrote dealt with the kinesiology and
biomechanics involved during a soccer kick. This included the
research of injuries related to kicking a soccer ball as well as how to
prevent injuries related to that motion.

5. Topic Choice
If I had to pick a topic to conduct research on
today the topic I would like to research on
would be based on what types of exercises
and exercise variations work on different
body types based on the goals of the
individual. When it comes to exercise, not
everyone is the same and not every workout
works the same for everyone. Furthermore, I
would like to conduct research on whether
or not a person can change their body type
throughout a period of time based on their
nutrition and exercise regiments.

6. Experiences
Throughout the course of my life the
only times I have been asked to
present were at conferences that
deal with the science behind
supplements as well as discussing
the numbers and reports for the
region in which I work in. It sounds
fairly simple but I do feel that these
experiences got me to come out of
my shell made me more easy going
as well as helped me create better
relationships and friendships with
the people around me.

7. What To Expect
Throughout the duration of this
course I hope to learn the proper
techniques related to research
and how to apply them to my
work, how to conduct research
literature reviews, how to report
research, statistics and
measurement concepts as well as
how to apply them to my work
and about the different types of
research that there are.
