I am very pleased to be able to comment upon the contribution and achievements of Dhwani
Shukla, a participant at a business program at Auckland Institute of Studies, a private NZQA-
accredited education provider in Auckland, New Zealand.
During Dhwani’s courses with me in the Strategy area, she demonstrated that she is goal-
oriented and can perform to a high standard. She has strong abilities in strategic planning
and can communicate at a high level of managerial discussions. She interacts very
effectively with colleagues of different cultures, delivers a high-quality product and operates
well in a team.
The practical nature of this course material confirmed Dhwani’s ability to combine her
academic knowledge from her AIS studies with excellent work experience.
On a personal note, Dhwani is always of a positive attitude, engages well with her
colleagues, and handles challenges well.
I have no doubt that she will perform excellently in a management role.
