2. Scope With Respect To Horizon
The term horizon refers to the field limit of the
operations. It is considered in terms of self, company
and the society at large. He should perform the task to
the level of self satisfaction in terms of best
performance. He should strive to excel in the assigned
duties by which he is not only helping the company but
also the society at large. This process is explained as
under :
3. 1) Self-Contribution
• Every person is full of potentialities
• He is also possesses the instrict for achievement
motivation.
• A person can conribute to self in terms of self
satisfaction and internal growth.
• The highest level of self-contribution is self-esteem.
4. 2) Institutional Contribution
• An employee is hired by a company do perform
certain assignments as desired by the company.
• An employee should be loyal to the tasks in a
committed and dedicated manner.
• He can contribute through proving the services in
excellent manner and beyond what is expected by the
managers and the company.
• The company provides a chance to a person to show
what is best in him.
5. 3) Social Contribution
• Every person is a part and parcel of the society.
• The healthy and cultural society is nothing but the
reflection of the culture of the people residing in that
society.
• Every person perform a specific role in a society.
• An employees conribution to the society stems from
the production of best products at low costs and he
should make it consumer friendly.
6. Example :
• One of the following is not included in the scope
with respect to the horizon.
(a) To get involved in new researches.
(b) To Contribute spontaneously through physical and
conscious development.
(C) To Complete the assigned work even crossing through
the formal boundries under the unforseen events.
(d) TO Contribute to the self, organization and society at
large

(b) To get the highest outputs from the given inputs.

manner alongwith understanding the rationale behind the
