Consulting activities entailed reports and recommendations which guided facility through a six-
month process of recovery, focusing on strategic goals and planning toward overall compliance.
Initially hired as a consultant on a three- month contract. Ask to stay following survey visit. Title
changed to accommodate needs of facility for additional three months.
Director of Regulatory Compliance
As the Director of Regulatory Compliance, assisted facility departments in achieving compliance
with federal regulations. Advised senior management and helped to develop processes and
programs. Conducted multiple in-services to develop and inspire staff.
