SUMMARY
Project Manager with experience implementing project management processes.
Primary focus in technical project management utilizing PMI best practices. I
successfully engage in the implementation of PMI standard practices. My
understanding of PMBOK has been instrumental in producing the growth I have
experienced as a Project Manager. Utilizing the skills I have learned through
project management has helped improve project efficiency and interaction with

EXPERIENCE
Project Manager, The Navigators

Project Manager for IT Client Solutions team. Responsible for executing project
objectives and providing daily coordination to ensure quality control throughout
the project life cycle. I plan, execute and finalize projects according to
deadlines, budgets and available resources. I communicate all project related
information to the program manager and appropriate stakeholders.
Responsible for planning projects including collection of all deliverables and
requirements. Ownership for all project deliverables and PMBOK processes.
Development of project plans from the proposal stage including business case
development through individual project plans (project work scope, task
descriptions, budget estimates and resource requirements) to meet objectives
and commitments at the project level. Development, maintenance and
monitoring of individual project budgets/schedules. Implementation of quality
project standards and processes for all IT projects, including
process/documentation. Tracking plan vs. actual project performance and
inform management of accomplishments and major problem areas as well as
budget & schedule status. Development and execution of communication plan
as related to milestones via status reports, and presentations suitable for all
levels of management and staff. Conducting of post implementation project
reviews to evaluate sustaining support and document lessons learned.
Maintenance and analysis of project budgets, schedules, and risks.
