PMO Manager, 10/2007 – 07/2020
Mentored, coached, motivated, and supervised 8 Project Managers in the PMO team.
Responsibilities included period PMO audits and overall job performance reviews.
Led continuous improvements in project methodology, tools, training, processes, and procedures
that improved the accuracy of project scopes and schedules.
Educated the project manager team on usage of Microsoft Project including techniques to track the
schedule and report progress.
SAP/ERP Program Manager, 7/2017 – 07/2020
Led project to replace a 30-year-old Order Management System with S/4 Hana SAP ERP application.
Led the Bradford Group stakeholders through ERP software/implementer selection process. These
activities included vendor management, leading the buildout of RFP content and identification of
over 300 differentiating business requirements.
Accountable for monitoring multiple project tracks and coordinating cross-functional team
deliverables. Working closely with the Solution Implementer Project manager to maintain project
schedule and deliverables. Project tracks include Data Migration, MM, FICO, EWM (WH), PP and SD.
Responsible for reporting status to the executive steering committee.
Microsoft AX Program Manager/2012 ERP, 12/2014- 06/2017
Led the successful migration of the Hammacher legacy OMS application to Microsoft AX 2012.
Responsible for project plan development and tracking, vendor, risk and issue management.
Participated in business analysis and review sessions with each business area. Over 1300
requirements were identified.

Developed program level project plan, incorporating all project track milestone activities. Project
tracks included POS retail, procurement and sourcing, sales and marketing, inventory management,
warehouse management, general ledger, accounts receivable and payable.
Led weekly team status meetings and responsible for reporting monthly status to the executive
steering committee.
Defined a business readiness assessment strategy to coincide with the training track. Worked closely
with Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse, NY Store business team leads and general
manager to rollout this strategy. Assisted in the development and coordination of user training.
Senior IT Project Manager, 10/2007 – 11/2014
Led large website rewrite project for the Bradford Exchange Checks division. A complete rewrite of
the website used by the Bradford Checks division which included development of a new CMS. Project
was implemented on time and budget. Post implementation, the business team was able to
recognize a significant increase in sales and revenue.
Migration of 30-year-old customer correspondence system to a new vendor solution. Goal of this
project was to retire unsupported mainframe software and to provide hands-on access to various
business areas to control and change customer content messaging through the use of a GUI
interface. Project was performed in sprints, implementing correspondence types in separate rollouts
including customer service letters, late payment notifications and invoices.
Migration to an e-mail campaign management vendor. Marketing identified a need to migrate to a
new e-mail campaign vendor to take advantage of additional e-mail campaign capabilities. Project
involved migration of customer/prospect data and build out of campaign rules in the new vendor
portal.
Standardize Marketing teams holiday order planning. Worked with the business teams to identify
“repeatable” business processes that needed to be executed in preparation for holiday sales.
Business areas included marketing, order processing and online sales teams.
ACXIOM CORPORATION, Downers Grove, IL 1996 - 2007
Senior Project Manager
Participated in the creation of responses to client requests for proposals. Worked with Acxiom sales
team and clients to create RFPs and Statements of Work. Led all phases of the project including
business requirements definition, development, testing, training, and implementation.
Implemented large nationwide branch office web-based prospect marketing order system for a large
nationwide life insurance company. Upon completion branch managers were able to perform self-
serve selection of prospects.
Migrated a major life insurance client from a legacy mainframe marketing application to a client-
server environment. Project scope included data migration, build out of automated updates into a
new marketing database, implementation of a campaign management tool including client training.
