This role is for an Associate Director of Application Development at a Fortune 50 company to manage both internal and external application development teams using .NET. Responsibilities include overseeing vendors, budgets, timesheets, and project updates as well as reviewing projects and managing relationships with business partners. Qualified candidates have a degree in IT, 6-9 years of .NET experience including 5 years of project and team management, knowledge of the SDLC, and strong leadership, analytical, communication, and technical skills.

1. Associate Director of Application Development
Fortune 50 industry titan is seeking to add this new management role to help progress
application development in this highly talented team of .net developers.
Day to day you will manage both the internal and external application development teams;
manage 3rd party vendors to ensure key measurements and outcomes are achieved (quality,
cost, etc); manage the service relationships within the business units; ensure and oversee that
PPM staffing models, timesheets, project updates are met; review monthly ADM budgets to
actual and adjust course when needed; manage relationships with key business partners;
schedule monthly IT project ops review meetings for all project leads.
Position Requirements
 Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
 6-9 years of .NET application development experience including 5 years of experience
managing projects and staff preferred in a .NET environment.
 Previous management with both in-house development teams as well as vendor
supported applications.
 Knowledge of the system development life cycle and application program.
 Project and people management skills.
 Analytical and technical skills, MUST have career in .NET environment
 Demonstrated leadership, management, communication and technical skills.
 Ability to manage relationships with outside consulting companies and external project
managers
