Women of the Moose Chapter 1415-
Active member for 25 years and have served as a chairman for 15 of those years performing
fund-raising projects each year to raise money for the Chapter. In 2010 I was elected to serve as the
Senior Regent for the chapter providing leadership and organization which enabled the Chapter to
earn the Award of Achievement that year. I qualified for my Cap and Gown during this term. In
2016 I was elected to serve as the Recorder for the Chapter, handling all bills, funds etc for the
Chapter.
Relay for Life-
Served as the team captain of the Moosettes relay team for 6 years, leading the group to
raising over $30,000.00 for The American Cancer Society. In 2013 I shaved my head at the relay
event after my team raised over $10,000.00.
Experience
Genworth-
Operations Coordinator- 2/15 to present
Managed a team of 16 members, allocating their daily work flow, running production reports,
mentoring and tracking the stats of each member for monthly reviews among many other duties.
Also worked closely with my counterpart in India on our Genpact team and assisted in the
management of their workflow as well. Attended weekly meetings to coordinate the teams work
flow along with the other teams in the department to ensure that were providing our customers
the best possible customer service while also staying compliant according to all of the state and
local laws as well as the companies policies.
Senior Customer Service Representative | 3/05 to 2/15
Member of the Licensing and Commissions department and was responsible for the processing of
escalated work items, top level requests and all other work types that needed to be handled by a
more seasoned processor. I provided assistance to the other members of the team and also led
several training classes on various processes. Comprised new Standard Operating Procedures as
well as altering outdated sop’s to ensure that my team was current on all processes. Served as a
member of the Merger team for a period of time and handled the mergers for the department. This

job entailed the handling of large numbers of producer records and policies that needed to be
moved from 1 company in our system to another. Trained on all product lines while servicing as a
member of both teams such as Life, Long Term Care and Fixed Annuities and also trained in all of

Moose Lodge 1727-
Social Quarters Supervisor- 2000 to 2005
Communicated and interacted with the customers, vendors, employees and the Board of Officer at
the Lodge. Managed all of the day to day operations of the social quarters and kitchen including
ordering of alcohol and other bar and dining room supplies, scheduling as well as being an active
member of the wait staff, handling the monthly and quarterly inventory for the Administrator.
Assisted in the office, counting tills, balancing the daily books, data entry and filing. Also worked
in Loomis and Sage Book Works to do the payroll for the employees when needed. Recorder and
disciplinary actions needed to the Board of Officers as well when incidents occurred.
Nesbe Cable-
Lead Customer Service Representative and Dispatch Assistant- 1997 to 2000
Performed general customer service duties such as sales, data entry and answering phones.
Trained all new hires in the customer service area on general processing duties and developed
Standard Operating Procedures to use in this training. Traveled out of town to the other offices to
set them up and/or train their employees as well. Responsible for running daily and weekly
reports for the companies terminations and installations that would need to be completed.
Handled all customer complaint calls and provided the customers with a resolution to their issue
when possible. Assisted in the dispatch area, routing the technicians to priority calls etc. Handled
all money turned in by the Sales people as well as the technicians and turned it into to appropriate

Moose Lodge 1727-

Responsible for all scheduling of the wait staff and management of special events at the Lodge.
Assisted with catering jobs, inventory and some of the ordering at the time. Assisted the members
of the women’s chapter with their find-raising projects and signed members into the Chapter.
